Return & Refund Policy

At Windowstickering.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since window films are precision products, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The window film must be unused, unrolled, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (postal tube/box) with all protective seals intact.
Custom-Cut Orders: Please note that window films cut to specific custom dimensions provided by the customer are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@windowstickering.com.
Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage and the packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Return Process
Request: Email us at support@windowstickering.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Approval: Our team will review the request and provide a Return Authorization.
Shipping: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Timeline (Razorpay & Global)
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
For Domestic Orders (India via Razorpay):
Refunds are typically reflected in your bank account or card statement within 5-7 business days.
UPI and Wallet refunds may reflect sooner, often within 24-48 hours.
For International Orders:
Refunds may take 10-14 business days depending on your local bank's processing time and currency conversion.
Note: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Cancellations
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the standard return process after receiving the package.
