1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping (Global)
We ship our premium window films to customers worldwide using trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Windowstickering.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or the courier partner's portal.
6. Packaging
Our window films are delicate and high-quality. To prevent creases or damage, all films are:
Securely rolled on reinforced cores.
Shipped in heavy-duty, tamper-proof cardboard postal tubes.
7. Damages
Windowstickering.com is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please:
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Take clear photos of the damage.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any reshipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
